Another great week of shooting in London for the upcoming documentary Ganbei!, exploring changes in Chinese alcohol drinking culture against a backdrop of internationalisation....some fascinating footage of western drinkers trying baijiu for the first time, and an exploration of the increasing popularity of craft beer both in China and the UK - delighted to chat to Peter and Elliot from the baijiu-focused Fu Bar in Liverpool and to have attended the Craft Beer Rising Event and looking forward to the edit.
